Pearl Parent Conversations Series Pearl schools participated in the Parent Conversations series with Dr. Hank M. Bounds, state superintendent of education. In an open forum with parents, educators and community members, Dr. Bounds answered questions mostly dealing with local and statewide initiatives aimed at making sure all students receive a diploma.
